Christmas in Dubai. How polar opposite can one get to celebrating a Christian Holiday in a Muslim country. Nonetheless with the western expat majority here in Dubai, local businesses have no choice but to sway to the majority. There are Christmas decorations everywhere, but sadly no one has the holiday off from work. I celebrate Christmas with a White Elephant Christmas party, a extravagant brunch at the Fairmont Hotel and skiing at Ski Dubai. This is the first hot Christmas I’ve had and I’m beginning to miss the snow.
